Synopsys:
The Online Sales Consultant position involves helping customers to make their purchasing decisions, informing them of stock availability, lead times, costs, offering alternatives when stock is not available, preparing quotations, negotiating prices with suppliers etc.The position requires communicating with customers via email and telephonically, in a very professional manner, being able to resolve disputes and more.
Required Qualification:
- Minimum Matric;
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong and up to date computer hardware knowledge (must be able to assemble a computer from parts);
- Strong Internet search skills for finding product information and acquiring knowledge;
- Fluent English (spoken & written);
- Basic knowledge of Windows & Microsoft Office;
- Must be a team player;
- Punctual & responsible;
- Pays attention to details
- Able to perform under pressure;
- Quick learner;
Additional skills (beneficial to have):
- Afrikaans;
- Good negotiator;
- Expertise in the following areas:
- In-depth networking (basic networking is a requirement);
- Photography;
- Audio & Video;
- POS;
- CCTV & Security systems;
